얼마전 당사를 통하여 Techsmith의 Camtasia 제품을 구매하신 고객에서 문의한 라이센스 관련 답변 내용이니 참고하시기 바랍니다. (해당회사의 다른 제품들도 모두 유사한 방식이라고 이해하시면 됩니다)
1. 소프트웨어 라이센스를 여러 카피 구매시 1라이센스로 발급되었는지에 대한 문의입니다.
---> 네. 맞습니다.
" Yes, we send one multi-user key for volume licenses.
Send the download and key to all of your users and they can install the licensed software with the same key. "
2. 제가 알기로 캠타시아는 1카피로 PC설치와 노트북 설치로 최대 2대 설치가 가능한 것으로 알고 있는데 이 부분은 어떻게 확인하는지요?
--> 노트북과 데스크탑에 설치 가능 합니다. 다만 동시 사용 불가능 합니다.

"Your single license can be installed on up to two machines- for example, you can install your program on both a desktop and a laptop, or a Mac and Windows machine*.
This is a valid use of your license as long as you are the only user, and you're not using both computers at the same time.
You can transfer your license from one user to another or one computer to another by uninstalling on the old computer and reinstalling on the new computer using the same software key. "
3. 2년 정도의 주기로 실습실 PC를 포맷하고 다시 설치하는데 이때 재설치해도 되는 것인지?
--> 인터넷이 연결된 상태에서 제품을 삭제하면 라이선스가 회수 됩니다. 이후 새로운 머신에 설치 하시면 됩니다.
